During my time at school I had always wanted to become a Dental Nurse. As a child growing up I used to love going to the dentist and always wanted to have a career where I could help people.

 

After studying my AS-Levels I decided that I wanted to start my career as a Dental Nurse. This was the best decision I had ever made.

 

When I joined the myFACE team I felt like I fitted in straight away and this is somewhere I planned on progressing my career.

 

Life as a trainee dental nurse was hard, but with the support I had from Tim, Lydia and the team, it was amazing. I had struggled with my exams, however being a very motivated person, I kept the end goal in my head, which was becoming a Qualified Dental Nurse.

 

myFACE have given me the best training I could ever have wished for. I know some trainee dental nurses who didn’t have the same in-house support network as I did.

 

After 18 months of hard work, I am finally a Qualified Dental Nurse. Since qualifying I feel like I am progressing every day and I am so happy. Becoming a qualified dental nurse is a really special achievement for me.

 

I cannot thank the myFACE team enough. They have made me into a great dental nurse and helped me become the person I am today.

 

If anyone is looking in to a dental nursing career, I would strongly advise it, it is a life changing job which inspires you to be the best version of you, that you can be.
